India vs Australia 2nd ODI: India won by 4 wickets
Dhoni finishes it with a style. His ending six brings 1-1 level to India in this ODI series against Australia. Australia opted batting after winning the toss in Adelaide ground.
Indian bowlers tightened up from the beginning, not giving much scope to score freely. Picked up wickets in front, but debutant Siraj went costly in his spells. Australia put 298 with loss of 9 wickets in 50 overs. The ton from Shaun Marsh helped to build a good depth in middle overs for Aussies. He scored 131. Maxwell in the end scored quick 48 to take the score close to 300 mark. But, Indian batting was better today than yesterday. Start was good, both openers scored freely.
A great knock from Virat, scored 104, again a century for him. Then, Dhoni took the responsibility with Dinesh Karthik and chased down 298 with 4 balls remaining. Rohit got a nice start, missed his half century for 7 run short. Both bowling and batting was better for India, bring win in the match.
