IPL: India will held IPL 2019, starting on 23rd March A rumour was there that IPL 12 will not be played in India, as that time the general elections of this nation will be on going. As, in the past, IPL was shifted to South Africa and UAE for the same reason. But, BCCI confirms today that IPL will be played in India this year, end of every rumour.
